Hettich drilling patterns can be produced quickly, simply, efficiently and accurately with the template set "Drill-Jig for hinges" and a conventional hand-held electric drill - and that applies wherever precision is important.
It is no longer necessary to waste time and money on setting up machines for single or customized production runs or outside the workshop, such as when renovating or retrofitting equipment. The cups are drilled into the door with the hinge drilling pattern, while the mounting plate drilling jig ensures that the dimensions are transferred from the door to the carcase without difficulty.
With this template set, holes for hinges and mounting plates can be drilled precisely and without tearing. The carbide-tipped drills allow holes to be drilled squarely and accurately. The spindle is driven by a conventional electric drill (minimum 300 Watt) or a battery-powered drill (minimum 9.6 V).
